Preferred Lawn And Garden

These guys are great! My husband and I ordered flag stone from this company last summer for stepping stones. They delivered the pallet within the week. We are currently building a pond and they allowed us to hand pick our own stones for design purposes. Their prices are reasonable when compared to competitors in the area. The weigh and outdoor staff accommodated our needs and pleasant to work with. Great company, highly recommend for any outdoor landscaping needs!

I ordered my topsoil a week ahead and scheduled it for a Saturday delivery. On Saturday morning a gentleman called and asked if I was ready for my soil. He confirmed my information and the amount ordered. About 30 minutes later he arrived with my topsoil. I was worried about the delivery because we have a narrow driveway and have powerlines. The gentleman got out, handed me the total, which matched the quote I received the week before, asked how we were paying and I informed him I was paying cash and asked where I wanted the soil dropped. I asked if he could put it in the yard, he nodded and said, "I can do that". No more than 10 minutes later my soil was unloaded, the order was paid for, and he was off again. It was an easy simple process and transaction. The topsoil was great! I appreciate the gentleman who delivered the soil for us for being prompt and accurate. It was a good experience over all from order to delivery. I will be ordering more landscaping supplies from Preferred in the future.

These people lied to my face, and over charged (25 a yard vs 17 a yard) on top soil.. look at the difference between them and creekside supply in stokes county both we're just watered. Look how clumpy and clayish they're topsoil is comparatively. Don't waste the money.

High quality topsoil, superb service, and the prices are very reasonable. Had over 10 yards delivered fast and friendly over several trips. Also really happy with the pine needles I ordered last year. This is my go-to place.

Awesome customer service and great quality product. Prices are reasonable as well. The mortar sand works great for my sons' playground, when dry it's a nice light tan color compared to some others who have a much darker brown or red hue. Their topsoil is very nutrient rich for getting grass started (it does have a strong odor, but that just means it's better for growing)!
